Multiphase Measurement Roundtable
MMR 2010 has a new format!
In place of the traditional one day roundtable, MMR will now cover two days.
- The first day will be similar to the original event and will feature formal presentations and break-out sessions.
- The second day will feature technical workshops taught by Dr. Gioia Falcone and Dr. Parviz Mehdizadeh, and a hands-on demonstration of the flow loop at Southwest Research Institute
PetroleumETC is pleased to announce a special partnership for the 10th annual Multiphase Measurement Roundtable! This years event will be hosted by Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas and chaired by Dr. Gioia Falcone (Texas A&M University), Flavia Viana, and Dr. Parviz Mehdizadeh. Over the past ten years we have seen the MMR grow to become the premier event for multiphase measurement in the Americas. Our new partnerships provide a unique focus on multiphase research, testing, technology and the ability to observe measurement demonstrations at the SwRI state-of-the-art flowloop. The user-driven MMR format provides a unique opportunity for the exchange of information between oil & gas companies, universities, research laboratories and manufacturers. The MMR will be held on May 20 & 21st. In place of the MMR Short Course which is traditionally held on the second day, there will be an expanded MMR workshop session led by Dr. Gioia Falcone and Parviz Mehdizadeh and extended tours of the flow loop at Southwest Research Institute led by Flavia Viana.
